This tier is designed for those who could not join at the standard rate without significant strain.If you’re working to get out of debt, building savings, or living paycheck-to-paycheck — but not consistently struggling to meet basic needs — this may feel like the right fit.
You may have some financial security, but paying the full rate would create real difficulty.
